Changing or Canceling Recurring Donations
Thank you so much for your willingness to support our work. If something has shifted and you need to change or cancel your monthly donation, these are the instructions:
If you donate via PayPal, click here to go to your account and follow the instructions to cancel automatic payments. Otherwise, cancel manually by following these steps:
1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Click “Profile” in the top right, then select “Profile and settings” from the menu.
3. Click “My Money” in the menu on the left.
4. See “Preapproved payments” toward the bottom and click the “Update” link.
5. Find Ocean Mind Sangha, click the blue link in the Merchant column, and change the amount or click “Cancel.”
If you donate by credit or debit card:
1. Log into your Donorbox Account (Donorbox is the platform I use to accept credit card donations).
2. If you don’t have an account, create one by clicking “Forgot Password” and following the prompts.
3. In your Dashboard, click on “Recurring Donations” on the top left of the side bar.
4. Click on “Donations to Ocean Mind Sangha.”
5. On the left, click on “Change” to adjust donation, or “Pause this Plan” or “Cancel this Plan.”
